How long should I return or exchange my jewelry?

You are legally allowed a 7 day cooling off period from the day you receive your goods, at which point you will need to inform us of your decision. Please notify us of this request by sending an email to customerservice.elba@elba.com

The item must not have been used, have signs of wear, or been altered in any way. Neither should it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.

Still in relation to the cancellation of the purchase, the costs of transporting the returned product — which must be in the same delivery conditions, without apparent use, with the original packaging and all the components that accompany it — will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 

Even considering all our concern in developing original and durable accessories, as they are complex and manual parts, the following are not covered by the warranty: damage resulting from falls or accidents of any nature; contact of the part with chemical agents that could damage the parts; friction that could scratch the parts; loss of parts of parts.

For parts that have expired the warranty period, but you are still interested in repairing, we offer the possibility of repair by us upon quote and approval in accordance with our repair policies.

What is the refund procedure?

- a refund will be credited directly to your bank account or PayPal / Pagseguro / Stripe account depending on your original payment method. The refund amount will be equivalent to the cost of the returned product, without penalties, except for the shipping and return costs that will be borne by you.


An email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
