How long should I return or exchange my jewelry?

You are legally entitled to a 7 day cooling off period from the day you received your merchandise, at which time you will need to inform us of your decision. Please notify us of this request by sending an email to customerservice.elba@gmail.com

The item must not have been used, show signs of wear or have been altered in any way. Nor should it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.

What is the procedure for refunds or credit notes?

- a credit note valid for 3 months on our website www.elbaparis.com.

If you opt for a credit note, the full amount of your purchase, less shipping costs, will be refunded to you.

- a refund will be credited directly to your bank account or PayPal / Pagseguro account depending on your original method of payment. The refund amount will be equivalent to the cost of the returned product, without penalty, except for the cost of shipping and return that will be borne by you.


An email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
