How long should I return or exchange my jewelry?

You are legally entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days from the day you receive your goods, at which point you will need to inform us of your decision. Please notify us of this order by sending an email to customerservice.elba@gmail.com

The item must not have been used, have signs of wear or tear, or been altered in any way. Nor should it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.

What is the procedure for refunds or credit notes?

- a credit note valid for 3 months on our website www.elbaparis.com.

If you choose a credit note, the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping costs, will be refunded to you.

- a refund will be credited directly to your bank account or PayPal / Pagseguro / Stripe account depending on your original method of payment. The refund amount will be equivalent to the cost of the returned product, without penalty, except for the shipping and return cost that will be borne by you.


An email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase has been refunded.
